The discipline

The product is the evidence. The discipline is the offer.

Anyone can sell a hard hat. What an operator's auditor asks for, a year after delivery, is the standard it was certified to, the declaration of conformity that travelled with it, and the record showing who received it. That is what we are structured to answer — across every line we supply.

  • On every quotation

The applicable standard stated against every item, so what is being bought is defined before it is priced.

  • With every delivery

The declaration of conformity, certificate or safety data sheet travelling with the goods, not promised after them.

  • In every file

A delivery record and document pack that still answers the question twelve months later.

The questions asked after delivery

Each one has an answer built into the process

Which standard was it certified to?

The standard is stated on the quotation

The applicable standard is stated against every item before it is priced, so what is being bought is defined at the quotation stage.

Where is the declaration of conformity?

It travelled with the goods

The declaration of conformity, certificate or safety data sheet ships with the delivery, not after it.

Who received it, and when?

A delivery note signed at handover

Each delivery carries a note signed at handover, filed against the order.

Can you produce that document a year later?

The record is retained and retrievable

We keep the certificates and delivery records for the orders we fulfil, so if your auditor asks for a document a year later, we can produce our copy.

Equipment documentation

Chemistry with its papers

Before the drum is opened

Your team already has:

  • Safety Data Sheet
  • Batch traceability per drum or container
  • Compatibility data
  • Environmental data
  • Dilution rates and contact times
  • Discharge approval support

Records retained

Records are retained after delivery and remain retrievable.

Retention is step 06 of the delivery model rather than an afterthought, which is what makes a delivery record retrievable long after the order closed.

Quality system

Precision about capability

We are precise about capability. What we supply directly, we say so. Where something is arranged through a certified third party, we say that too — because a claim we cannot document is a claim we do not make.

The product is the evidence. The discipline is the offer.
