How the promise works in practice

The same four things happen on every order

  The quotation

  States the applicable standard against every item, so what is being bought is defined before it is priced. Where a product is chemistry rather than equipment, the data sheet goes out with the quotation, not after the order.

  The delivery

  Carries its documentation — manufacturer's declarations of conformity, certificates and safety data sheets where the goods require them — and a delivery note signed at handover.

  The certificates

  We keep the certificates and delivery records for the orders we fulfil, so if your auditor asks for a document a year later, we can produce our copy.

  The edges of what we do

  Our standing offer is goods. Where a scope calls for inspection, application or certification work, we take it on only as a separately agreed engagement, resourced with certified personnel — and where we cannot resource it to that standard, we say so rather than quote around it.
