Anyone can sell a hard hat. What an operator's auditor asks for, a year after delivery, is the standard it was certified to, the declaration of conformity that travelled with it, and the record showing who received it. That is what we are structured to answer — across every line we supply.

Why the order matters
The sequence is the argument
Confirming the standard at step 02 — before a price exists — is what makes the certification at step 04 meaningful. Retaining records at step 06 is what makes them retrievable when an audit asks for them months later.

The applicable standard is stated against every item before it is priced, so what is being bought is defined at the quotation stage.
Where is the declaration of conformity?
The declaration of conformity, certificate or safety data sheet ships with the delivery, not after it.
Who received it, and when?
Each delivery carries a note signed at handover, filed against the order.
Can you produce that document a year later?
We keep the certificates and delivery records for the orders we fulfil, so if your auditor asks for a document a year later, we can produce our copy.
